To become truly resilient, Dominica must focus on building strong communities, a sustainable economy and well-planned, durable infrastructure, supported by  the pre-conditions of Valuing Resilience, Financing Resilience and Institutionalizing Resilience. These elements are all critical for achieving success over the long-term.
